Live Event Cancellation Policy

Our programs are designed to offer focused instruction with the opportunity for personalized learning with one-on-one interaction with educators. Making these events possible requires a commitment on behalf of the participants that once registered they will attend. While we are aware that emergencies do occur, our cancellation policy ensures that events can still take place for the remainder of those signed up in the event someone has to cancel. For emergency situations, please provide written notice for individual consideration.

  • The live event cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Written notice must be submitted for cancellation of a course.

    • Cancellation of a course more than 45 days before the event date is eligible for either:

      • 50% of the tuition refunded less the non-refundable processing fee.

      • 100% of the tuition to be transferred for registration of another program/date.

    • Cancellation within 45 days of the event date is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

    • Refunds issued by CADPro Academy within the rules defined by this cancellation policy will incur a 10% processing fee.

This cancellation policy can be amended and changed at any time without notice. It should also be noted that reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any event as necessary. If this occurs, the attendee can elect for their course deposit and tuition to be refunded in full or transferred to a future course. In no event will be liable due to course date changes or cancellations for any change or cancellation penalties assessed by an airline or hotel.

Membership Cancellation Policy

We believe the content contained within is invaluable to the advancement of your digital practice and clinical skills, such that once you have signed up for a paid membership it is effective for the next 12 months and is non-refundable during this time. Written notice of 30 days or more prior to membership renewal will ensure your subscription will be terminated.
